The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is down to $949.99 on Amazon after Prime Day, a $450 discount from its $1,399.99 list price. The offer covers the black model with 256GB of storage, according to The Verge, and lands under the $1,000 mark for Samsung's top flagship.
The deal is part of a wider wave of post-Prime Day discounts on the Galaxy S26 family. Amazon is listing Galaxy S26 Ultra units at up to $510 off, while the official Samsung store is also running cash discounts across the S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra, 9to5Google reports. Other outlets, including Android Authority, have described the $450-off Ultra pricing as rarely this cheap.
Galaxy S26 Ultra price and specs
The S26 Ultra is the only model in the S26 lineup with Samsung's new privacy display. The 6.9-inch AMOLED panel can hide the entire screen, or just parts of it, from people looking over your shoulder, and The Verge notes it is mainly noticeable at steep angles rather than hurting everyday use.
Beyond the display, Samsung has upgraded the camera hardware with dual telephoto lenses and a 200-megapixel main sensor, and the phone still ships with a built-in S Pen for writing and drawing. The S26 Ultra remains a large device, but it is slimmer and more comfortable than the S25 Ultra.
