Nothing is reportedly working on two pairs of smart glasses, and the two models are said to sit at opposite ends of the AI spectrum. The leak comes from WinFuture's Roland Quandt, who says on Bluesky that the London-based brand is preparing two distinct products rather than one flagship wearable.
The first pair sounds like a direct answer to the Ray-Ban Meta line: a built-in camera, ChatGPT integration and features such as translation. The second pair is much simpler, working essentially as headphones that handle calls and talk to your phone's voice assistant, with no camera and almost no AI of its own. Both are said to use photochromic lenses, the "transition" type that darken outdoors.
Nothing smart glasses: what the leak says
The report describes a dual strategy rather than a single product line, and it lines up with earlier chatter about Nothing's wearable plans. According to 9to5Google, earlier reporting on Nothing's smart glasses efforts pointed to a release date sometime in 2027, so nothing here is imminent.
One detail worth flagging: the AI pair is said to lean on ChatGPT rather than Gemini. That is not a surprise from Nothing, which has been building ChatGPT integration into its other products for a while, but it does separate the company from the Android XR wave led by Samsung and Google.

- Model 1: camera, ChatGPT integration, translation features
