The iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable, is now available to pre-order. The Apple Store went down early this morning and is coming back online in waves, with the placeholder page telling visitors that pre-orders begin at 5:00 AM PT (8:00 AM ET). You can order through Apple's website or the Apple Store app, according to 9to5Mac.
It is a genuinely new product category for Apple, and demand is expected to be high while supply stays tight. Engadget reports that pre-ordering is likely a safer bet than waiting for launch day on October 23. One 9to5Mac commenter who ordered at 8:01 AM ET already saw a delivery window of November 2 to 9.
